Yogik kriyao ka motape par siddha prabhav padta hai jo manushye ke pet ko adhik nahi badhne deti hai

Machine ke dwara kiye gaye vyayam se bhi kafi had tak motapa kam ho jata hai

Vyayam tabhi labhprad hote hai jab veh uchit vatavaran mei kiye jaye

Halke vyayam

Jese prateh kaal ke samaye pedal chama sidhiya utarna or chadhan aadi se bhi moltapa kam ho jata hai

Niyamit roop se jogging dodna uske bad halki vyayam ka bi motape par bahut prabhav padta hai
Kuch aese vyayam bhi hote hai jinse ham vajan ko badha sakte hai

Vyayam ka chayan savdhani se karna chahiye jese vajan ghatta hai toh ghatnae wale vyayam karna cahjiye vajan badhana hai toh vajan bdahane wale vyayam karne chahiye

Tadasan dwara motapa kam hota hai

Samanyeteh yog ka arth hai jodna yog shabd ki utapatti Sanskrit bhasha ke yug shabdb se huyi hai jiska arth mel hai is prakar tan or maan ke mel ko yog kaha jata hai yog aatma or parmatma ka Milan hai yu bhi keh sakte hai ki yog veh sadhan hai jiske dwara indriyo ko bas mei kiya jata hai.

Rishi patanjali ne yog ko nimn prakar se paribhashit kiya hai manovartiti ke viridh ka nam yog hai.

Vyas rishi ke anusar yig ek Samadhi hai.

Shre mad bhagvat geeta mei kaha gaya hai ki yogi karmesu koshal

Pranayama yog ke aath ango mei se ek hai pranayama se abhiprayeh yah hai ki ekant sthan ya khlule sthan par bethkar kisi vishesh vidhi ke anusar saas ko andar le jana thidi der rokjna tatah bahar nikalne ki kriya hi pranayama hai is prakar iske teen bhag hai-

Purak arthat saas ko andar khichna

Rechak arthat saas ko bahar fekna

Kumhak saas ko rokna isme bhi do kriyaye hoti hai anttkumbhak tatha braha kumbhak

Yog ke liye aavashyak nirdesh yah hai ki  aasan kabhi bhi TV mei dekhkar pustako mei padhkar ya aadhe seekhkar nahi karne chahiye.

Dekha dekhi kesa yog

Chiji kaya bada rog

Yadi ham dekha dekhi bina samghe vyayam karengy toh uska parinaam hoga andhi pise kutta chate arthat na sanghi se kiya gaya vyayam vyarth hai uski koi keemat nahi hai

Abhyas pratidin kisi yogye prakshikshak ki dekh rekh mei karna chahiye

Aasano ko karte samaye sharirik prabhavo ko dhayn mei rakhana chahiye

Asan apni samarthye ke anusar karna chahiye jabardasti nahi karni chahiye

Asan swaaschh tatah hawadar sthan par karne chahiye

Yadi chit lagi hai toh aasan apne prakshishka ke anusar kare

Aasan parteh kaal shoch se nivrat hone par hi karne chahiye

Bhoja ke turant baad aasan nahi karne chahiye balki teen ya char ghante bad Karen chahiye

Aasan karte sajmaye adhik kase kapde na pahne

Aasan kart eke turant baad snan nahi karna chahiye

Striyo ko garbhavastha mei vyayam nahib karne chahiye

Aadhunki jeevan mei yog ka mehtav

Yog ke mehtav se yah pata chalta hai ki aaj ke yug mei yog ki aavshyakta hai kyokin yog se mansik evem sharirik rogo ka niwaran hota hai yog karne wale vyavharik roop se anushasan baddh rehte hai yog ki mehtat nimnlikhit bato se spasth ho jati hai-

yog se sharir lachila furtila orjoshila hota hai

yog karne se manushye mei shariki shuddhta ka vikas hota hai yog ke asthang se aantrik safayi hoti hai

isse sharirik ango mei Shakti aati hai

noli dwara pet ke aantrik ango ki malish tatah ango mei jama hua dfushit pardartho ko hilakar bahar nikal diya jata hai.

Manushye mei aantrik shaktiyo ka vikas hota hai

Manushye ka sanvegnatmak vikas hota hai yog karne se sanyamta badhti hai jise vyakti apne sanvego par niyantran karne lagta hai
